Doesn’t fit acute D4 head

Placed an order for this item to use with my Acute 2 system while shooting in Asia, where they use 220v power. BH contacted me to confirm I really wanted 220v version. I confirmed and they said they would ship but it took them more than 3 months to get the item to me. When I finally got it the bulb was far too long to work with my acute d4 heads. With this bulb you can’t fit the pyrex cover back over the flash tube. Waited for months and then received an item that didn’t work. Will return and BH should change the listing to state that bulb will not work with D4 heads.
