This Adaptive Technologies MP-500NPT-CP Ceiling Mounting Plate for Schedule-40 1/2"-14 NPS Threaded Pipe provides you with a mounting plate for you to attach to a most overhead structures, including ceiling trusses, beams, Channel Strut, and other structural components. Using the 1/2"-14 threaded pipe adapter, you can support speakers weighing up to 110 lb using Adaptive Technologies' optional pipe that is 48" long or shorter to attach/hang your speaker from the mount. Use the included set screw to secure the pipe in the mount so it cannot loosen.
