Compact, lightweight, and ready to grab-and-go to dark skies, this 60F Flat-Field Quadruplet APO Telescope optical tube assembly from Askar features a quad air-spaced apochromatic lens system that eliminates the need to use a separate field flattener. Built with an extra-low dispersion glass element, the quad APO also dramatically reduces chromatic aberration and eliminates the need to calculate back focus distance—just attach your DSLR or astronomical camera with one of the included adapters and you're ready for imaging. The f/6.8 focal ratio and 408mm focal length lend themselves to both planetary and deep-sky photography. Add a mount and a tripod and you're ready for observing and imaging on the fly.
