Meade #1401 Tube Balance Weight System (for Heavy Eyepieces & Accessories)

The Meade #1401 Tube Balance Weight System permits the balance of heavy or heavily-leveraged accessories attached to the eyepiece end of your telescope.  A low profile bar attaches to the underside of the front and rear cells of the telescope-and can be permanently left in place, even if you're not using heavy accessories.  Three sliding weights (1, 2, and 3 lb) slide onto the bar, alone or in any combination, to precisely balance photo accessories and heavy visual accessories.
