Meade Series 4000 12.4mm Super Plossl Eyepiece (1.25")

Use this medium focal-length Meade Instruments Series 4000 12.4mm Super Plossl Eyepiece to explore the moon and planets within our solar system, and the wonders beyond. This eyepiece is made in a 4-element lens configuration with blackened edges and anti-reflection multi-coated optics to produce bright and clear images with accurate color rendition across its wide 52° apparent angle of view. It is outfitted with a standard 1.25" diameter barrel to be compatible with a wide variety of focuser drawtubes and accessories, such as diagonals, with a convenient fold-down rubber eyecup. Meade engineered this model to be parfocal with all other 1.25" Series 4000 eyepieces, requiring little or no re-focusing when changing magnifications during viewing sessions.
