OctoDome connectors are made from heat resistant cast aluminum for durability. They allow full rotation of any shaped Photoflex (or other brand) softbox while it is mounted to your flash head.
This is a Photoflex Speed Ring compatible with Bowens Esprit 250 and 500, Prolite 82, 100 and 120, Travelite 250, 750, Travelite Voyager, and Impact VS160, VS300, VS-LCD400, VSD-400, and VC-500LR monolights.

These are good medium priced speed rings
Although it doesnt explicitly say on either Photoflexs website or here on B&H this Photoflex Speed Ring has guides for both their Octaboxes AND their standard square Softboxes (I have both the small and medium Silverdome NXT). So, if you have legacy Photoflex softboxes, these will work well.
