What is the difference between this and the XS Video Pro Plus 8114 - beside the 30$ price difference? Thanks.
The difference is based on the diffusers that they include. The XS Video Pro Plus comes with a 1/2 and 1/4 diffusion panel while the Video Pro Plus 1 comes with a full stop diffusion panel. Otherwise, they have the same dimensions and silver interior.

If you are looking to purchase the the Chimera Video Pro Plus Softbox - Medium 36x48 (90 x 120 cm), B&H # CHVPPBM, listed above, then the Chimera Modular Speed Ring for the AAdynTech JAB Daylight LED Light (9.5 ), B&H # CHMRVPOP MFR # 9203OP, would instead be the correct speedring for use with this softbox.
