I wasn't able find the complete tech specs on your Minolta XG-M, so it will be best to measure your camera/lens and compare with the Rangefinder. The partial specs that I found, which may not be correct, have the camera (body only) at 5.43" wide, 3.5" high, and 2" depth (front to back), so depending on the lens that you are using this may fit. The Rangefinder pouch fits a camera/lens of 5.75” x 3.1” x 4”. The extra width in the pouch can easily accommodate the extra height of the camera, it's the overall depth from the front of your lens to the back of the camera body that will make the difference whether this will fit or not.
