This cutter is easy to use and has interchangeable discs. I could not be happier with how it cuts everything I need. It provides nice, clean, decorative edges on cards and several different paper projects.

I bought this little cutter to cut dotted lines on a rack card that I had printed. It does an excellent job of cutting the dotted lines so anyone can tear off the coupon. It was well worth the almost $ I spent.
