Worked for me as described converting a fujinon zoom demand to a canon HD 21x 8 pin lens.

I tried to use this with a Fujinon SRD 52-B Zoom Controller and a Canon J15x8B4 IRS SX12 lens. I know the controller is good, as it works with my Fujinon lenses, and I know the Canon lens is good. The adapter simply didn't work! Also,on this website, there should be the ability to award zero stars for something that doesn't work!
