The AP-41SF is a Time Base Corrector/Frame Synchronizer with processing amplifier functionality. It accepts a composite video signal and outputs a composite or Y/C (S-video) signal utilizing BNC and 4-Pin connectors.

Prestable proc-amp controls with a useful dynamic range accessed by front panel; selection of operational modes also on front panel.
Gen-Lock Capability
Black burst or standard NTSC signal is utilized for reference; front panel access for Sub-Carrier and Horizontal timing.
Blanking
Adjustable horizontal and vertical blanking allow user to time unstable signals to achieve broadcast standards.
