Disappointed and the photo does not match what was delivered

Hello, I am extremely disappointed as I needed this part before some events and while the shipping was fast, the item does not match the photo. I have the older version of the Bescor pan head which uses the 7-pin DIN connector. I need a new wired remote control. The photo clearly shows a white unit with a cable that has a 7-pin DIN connector. What arrived was a black unit with different buttons and a 1/8" socket. No cable. I realize the unit probably does not ship with a cable but please do not show a unit that DOES have a cable (with a different connector). Clearly I should have investigated the item description but the visual evidence is powerful.
Breaks often but repairable

I bought two of these and as most reviews stated it is easily broken. In the past I needed to have it working quick and could not wait for a new one to ship so I bought a soldering kit and fixed it myself. It is actually not that hard since all the failure I've seen were simply cables that were no longer soldered to the board. Simply unscrew the casing and the board and the cable are accessible to be soldered back. I usually hold the cable on the contact before soldering to make sure it works properly and then solder it back. For users saying it moves randomly it's probably an issue of the wires touching each other inside the remote, so it can sometimes be fixed just by opening the remote and organize the wires.

The cord is about 12' but you can buy the extension to extend the line, if need be.
