It's perfect, real deal Shure and fits beatifully. For whatever reason I think aesthetically it fits the 7b better than the standard one. But actual usage, it's great to be able to use a little less gain, get right on top of this even more than the standard one, giving you even more breathing space for any background noise pickup.
