The 322 from Symetrix is a multi function DSP processor that features two inputs, two outputs and "drag and drop" functionality using the included 322 Designer software for Windows. The unit is designed primarily for small sound systems and includes filters, dynamics, EQ, crossovers, speaker alignment delay and a tone generator.
Each channel has eight locations for inserting signal processing blocks and the two channels of the processor can be interconnected so that one input drives both outputs. The unit can store four preset configurations in its own memory and these presets may be recalled via a contact closure arrangement. In addition to the contact closure terminals, there are two analog remote control ports which can be programmed via software.
Applications for the 322 include use in Performing Arts Centers, A/V presentation systems, sound masking systems, Houses of Worship, auditoriums and casinos.
