question
Can this clamp onto the handlebars of a ronin m?
The Pedco Ultra Clamp Assembly with 1/4 -20 Screw should be able to clamp to the handlebars of the Ronin-m.

question
Can the vertical tilt head be detached to be used like the Pedco UltraClamp Aluminum Support Clamp MFR#PD04020?The Pedco UltraClamp Aluminum Support Clamp seems to be able hold a heavier load, which will be useful for bigger DSLR with big lenses.
I would say that yes, you can remove the tilting head from the Ultra Clamp Assembly and that you would then have a UltraClamp Aluminum Support Clamp. However, the UltraClamp Aluminum Support Clamp I would only consider for lightweight to medium cameras. It will hold a bigger camera/lens but you are at the edge of the ability of the clamp to hold it securely. I would feel better with heavier duty clamp like the Manfrotto Super Clamp. That will have a hefty margin of safety.

question
If Ultra Clamp is clamped to a (vertical) mic stand, can a lightweight camera be attached so that the camera sits on a normal horizontal plane? (re: room enough + angle enough)
If the camera is less than 5 lbs and is slim enough to fit onto the Pedco Ultra Clamp Asembly, then yes, it can be used horizontally. If you would need more room, you could also consider purchasing the Slik Clamp Head 38, B&H # SLCH38, which would also support 5 lbs, but would give you more room to sit away from the stand, depending on your needs.

question
Hello, I do reselling business in Japan. Could we resell this items?
I bought two of these. One I use to secure a dash cam in my car. The other I use to mount a video camera on a horizontal surface. Very rugged. Supports a large camera. I would recommend it to a friend.

question
Is this clamp aluminum? I see a Pedco aluminum clamp for about the same price as this one except it doesn't have the swivel head. However, if this one is made of plastic then I think I will buy the other one since the clamp part is what is most important to me.
My clamp is metal, probably aluminum, I checked it with a magnet. It works very well, I use it with my heavy EOS Mark 2. If your camera is heavy or whatever you are mounting is heavy, I think the metal would be safer.I like a bargain but my motto often is: Cheap is too expensive RegardsBill

question
Can you pan with this pod, with the up and down motion locked?
I wouldn't use it like that. It's really a bracket that you can add a pan head to,....rather than a bracket that pans. I have added a Manfrotto Micro Ball Head on top of mine. It's pretty stable once it is torqued down.
