Five stars for new bulb but one star for bulb that blew

I purchased a used profoto twin head in April 2017.� In October 2017 after minimal use one of the bulbs in that head exploded making� an extremely loud sound, cracking the glass bulb case and scaring my clients.� Because the light was purchased used, Profoto was unable to warranty the bulb nor were they able to explain why it failed so dramatically.� I replaced the bulb with a new bulb from B&H. The customer service from B&H was impeccable as I had to change the shipping address after I ordered and change my shipping to expedited.� B&H was amazing to buy from and since I installed the new bulb there have been no problems.
