The VM-5AD is a balance line 1x5 audio distribution amplifier; it has the ability to pass mic or line level inputs or even change to an unbalanced stereo DA. It is desktop sized for installation into various applications.
Various Configurations
Normally operating as a line level 1x5 balanced audio DA this unit can be optimized for other audio purposes. With a front panel switch it can be changed to mic level operation and be adjusted by front panel level controls. Another switch allows the unbalanced stereo operation to be controlled by the front panel potentiometers.
Clean Circuitry
Active circuitry with no transformers ensures transparent, hum free operation in any mode.
Desktop Size
A compact desktop size allows this unit to fit in small spaces, but with the optional RK-MED it will fit into a standard rack space.
