Does tungsten halogen 1000W bulb with G9.5 body fit to PowerLight?
Asked by: Pavel
No, the Photogenic PL2500DRC 1,000W/s PowerLight Monolight (UV) is not compatible with a tungsten halogen 1000W bulb. This light has a flash tube and it's a bi-pin connector. Both the flash tube and the modeling lamps have proprietary sockets.

Its a 1,000ws light so its on the powerful side for newborns. You would most likely have it turned down a fair bit. Its doable but it might be overkill.
