The Ilford Antistaticum Anti-Static Cloth is a specially treated orange cloth that eliminates dust and static, and is indispensable when it comes to cleaning photographic negatives and prints.
This cloth is ideal when cleaning negatives and slides for scanning, or CD and DVD surfaces.

I have been using this cloth since the 80's!
I purchased the Ilford Antistaticum Anti-Static Cloth - 13 x 13 for keeping dust off my scanner glass and negatives before printing or scanning. It does a good job and I'm pleased with it.
I use Ilford Antistaticum Anti-Static Cloth every day, nothing better,to remove static and dust, Period!!!. i use many brand,but ILFORD IS #1.You just have to change them time to time,because they losing the anti static ability .
It is Ilford ! What else do you need to know.
One of those items you need if you do a lot of scanning. Works well for me. No complaints.

This cloth is fantastic. Works great with negatives, among many other things. I suggest getting more than one as you will find other perfect uses for these clothes. I've used it as a surface to put a vinyl record down on for cleaning, so if you need something to do that too, it's perfect.
Used to wipe slides before taking picture with D850/ES2 holder. No scratches, lint free slide but did use rocket blower after wipe.
