SeaLife Moisture Muncher Reviews

It does the trick but...

I use this on my iphone sealife housing and it does what is supposed to do. The housing has a niche for that and it fits tight. The problem is I usually go for 8 to 10 dives in a week, and one or two are enough. The other 8 left in the package will eventually turn purple or pink inside the bag. I did my best to reseal it tightly but still the same problem. In the end I pay about $20.00 for 2 desiccants. Curious about the methods that someone posted on his review to refresh it.

Nice size

These are small, allowing them easily to be tucked into equipment bag,

Will these be good for camera bags ?thanks

Will these be good for camera bags ?thanks
Asked by: Robert
No, these will be bad for a camera bag. They’re only about a inch and a half long by a 1/4 inch wide. These are meant to go inside the housing of a SeaLife DC2000 to prevent lens fogging while scuba diving.

question

Are these things puncture proof?
Asked by: allen
It does have a thin plastic shell so theoretically it could puncture. We haven't had any issues in the past though.

Can you provide SDS for this?

Sds? These have worked great for me. Easy to tell when they need replacing by the color change.

Can these be used effectively in Pelican cases with Pick n Pluck foam to keep cameras dry ?
Asked by: Gary D.
I guess they can be used everywhere - I use them in underwater housing.
