AV61 Distribution Amplfier is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Inconsistent Gain I liked the physical packaging, but that's where it ended. The primary reason to use a distribution amplifier is to reliably provide accurate copies of A/V signals to several destinations. That means simply that signals OUT should equal the signals IN in all respects; gain, bandwidth, SNR, etc. These amplifiers are all over the place for gain. I installed the first of six amps and measured a video level reduction of 15%. The second amp fared worse with a 30% signal gain reduction. Third amp was also off by enough to reject. All results were carefully measured on a video waveform monitor. If you want precision, these are not the distribution amplifiers you're looking for.
