A reliable and sturdy elastic rubber belt stretches over the optic and snaps into a retaining clip on the base — securing it without marking or damaging the binocular's chassis or armor. A 1/4"-20 mount on the bottom makes it compatible with most photo/video/field tripods, plus an array of other support systems, like window mounts and monopods.
