It says in the description that it has cold Shoe mounts. That would take a camera mounted flash unit? The umbrella mount (UM4) says in its description that the Flash mount is optional. Are 2 flash mount adaptors included in the kit?
Yes, in my set there were flash mounts included. Cold Shoe means that it is just a physical mount for the flash, it cannot communicate with your flash, like a hot shoe would.
