It works. Anti-twist engatement. The bolt is not captured though if that matters to you.

This particular release plate (Acratech) fits the Hasselblad 500C perfectly and can be used with an arca-swiss type clamp on your tripod. I had no desire to use the original tripod coupling gizmo for the series V cameras (if you can find one).

Hi, what type of Hasselblad was this designed for? V series?
This fits perfectly on the tripod foot of the collar for the Hasselblad XCD 135 mm lens. You do need the 3/8 to 1/4 inch adapter, B&H # OB1039. Alternatively Acratech makes an adapter with a 3/8 inch screw, but I don't know that it lines up perfectly as this one does.
