Just what we needed.
1/4 jack is of poor quality

The plug was way too lose in this jack, so I had to use a scribe needle to bend the tabs in the 1/4 jack towards the center or I would get intermittent signal dropouts. Not good.

I purchased several Hosa 1/4 adapters to adapt two 1/4 mono outputs to a mono signal going into a stereo 1/4 headphone input. (I am monitoring signals from multiple mic preamps.) The Hosa adapters do not position input 1/4 phone connectors reliably. As the connectors are moved around there is an intermittent connection. I ordered a second set of identical adapters, and they had the same problem. Hosa design quality is poor. I will have to purchase alternative products to get reliable connections.
