2 Questions: Will phantom power XLR microphones work with this? And will it duplicate a mic's mono channel onto a stereo mix?

1. Sorry no. The 1/4 connector is for low impedance signals only thus no phantom power.2. That depends on the device you are connecting it to. If the recorder allows for summing to mono that is possible, but generally not. If you have further questions, please email us at [email protected].
