The Jobo Foot Pump makes removing the 3000 series Jobo Expert Film Drum tank lids a lot easier.
Simply insert the gray rubber plug into the tank lid and press gently on the pump. Pressure will build up popping open the drum.

It's just an Intex giant bellows Foot Pump thats sells for $7.99 and you get to pay $56.96 for the little rubber adapter that fits in the expect drum. It works but is extremely over priced!

The only way to get the lids off the expert drums. Made to last and works on all the Expert series drums so you only need to buy the one. If you use a Jobo system, you understand how well thought out it is to actually use.
