question
Also, what is the best way to attach this to a c stand?
My frame has easy to use ears that slip easily into the grip head. I personally wouldn't use it on C-stands outside because it is a giant sail and combo stands have a much bigger footprint and make a more stable stand. But indoors not a problem on C-stands.

question
How does this compare to the Avenger H800M? How small does this collapse to, and is it quick/easy to do?
I started my career over 35 years ago as a grip. I have worked with every type of frame there is from other square tubing, speedrail, and even ones made out of wood. I wish this had been around in the beginning. I now work as a lighting cameraman and often on small jobs am the only crew. I have one of these frames and I use it all the time. It is very easy to use. I often set it up by myself, which takes less than a minute to unfold, a minute or 2 to get on the stands by myself, and a few minutes to tie on a butterfly. I love it. Compact for travel taking up less space than the Jr. Combo stands I use it with, and the only parts that I have to keep up with are the ears. I'm thinking of getting Avenger's 12 by folding frame too because this one is so so easy to use.

question
Do they make a dedicated case to keep this in?
Avenger does offer a case to hold their Modular Fold Away Frames such as the Avenger H6BAG Bag for Modular Frames B&H # AVH6B. Please see the image below for reference.

question
Are heavily sandbagged C-Stands sufficient for holding this up?
You can use C-stands. But as a Key Grip for 20+ years I would only use them with a big sail like this indoors. Outside I'd use Jr. Combo stands because of safety. In high winds, rope stay lines secured to unmovable heavy objects or stakes are often recommended. I've had light bio-bag grips fly up off the ground once in the middle of a city on a windy day. Safety first.
