Hard to fault them. I bought them as replacement feet for an old lightweight manfrotto set of sticks I had lying around. They are well designed and fit as they should.

After loosing the rubber feet from my tripod i decided to go with these replacement feet as they have the added feature of the spikes. They went on snug and tightened up nicely. They look like they are part of the original tripod. Nice finish Mark Ridout Ridout Photography

Will these feet fit the Bogen 3001 older tripod, which has 19mm OD leg?

No, these will only fit a 16,2 mm socket

I am looking for replacement retractable spiked feet for my Manfrotto 3221WN (055BWB), which is no longer made. The current spiked foot option that came with it had an instruction sheet that was for 440SPK (USA 3452), 441SPK (USA 3451), 449SPK (USA 3453) but I don't know which of those three part numbers applied to the ones I received. Does the 440SPK2 fit?

Hi I have the 055MF4 its a 4 sectioned leg and I doubt these ones will fit your tripod as I gather its 3 sectioned legs? and the last section is thicker than mine. I think you need the R055SPK2 but can't see these on the BH site. Hope that helps your search, Regards Stephen.
