The Gepe 20" long cable release fits any camera that accepts a standard mechanical cable release, and features a Zeiss disc-lock for longer exposures.
Cloth covered cable releases are the most flexible and are designed for average use.

Failed after minimal use. The pin now only protrudes about 2-3mm from the end when the plunger is depressed - not long enough to depress the shutter mechanism on a large format lens.
I loved this cable when I first got it. It feels so much nicer then the plastic cable releases. However it stopped working suddenly and I found that the needle wasn't extending far enough to trigger my shutter. It looks like this might be due to some of the cloth tearing new the metal end. Would love to have a cloth cable release but it just doesn't last.
