Marshall Electronics V-PL300CS-12 Overview

The Marshall V-PL300/CS12 is a wide angle pinhole lens with a CS-mount for covert surveillance applications. With its wide 30mm focal length, the lens renders a 9° horizontal angle of view. The f/11 aperture allows for excellent deep field focus. It can capture images through a tiny 1/10-inch hole in a wall or ceiling. In addition to a CS-mount the V-PL300/CS12 can also be mounted on the Marshall 12mm micro mount cameras.

As Covert As You Want to Be
The Marshall pinhole lenses create an amazing advantage when you need to have surveillance locations as discrete as possible. The lens front dimension is an impossible 0.1 inch in diameter or about 2.5 mm. It can easily be placed in a drop ceiling or through a wall and attached to a Marshall bullet camera with a CS mount or even a Marshall board camera with a 12mm micro mount. The V-PL300/CS12 can mount on both. It can also be mounted on 1/4-inch CCD cameras that would decrease the 9° horizontal angle of view to about 6.75°.

Asked by: Oluwafemi
This lens has a CS mount. If you wanted to mount it, you would need an M12 to CS mount.
