Can I use this for interviewing somebody on a cell phone in a broadcast studio?
Kia Ora Terry,
yes we have connected this to our broadcast desk and mobile phone. So people can call us on our mobile and we can take them to air and the announcers can hear and talk to them through there headsets.

question
Can I attach broadcast headset to this and broadcast a sports event?
If you have a need to interface a cell phone with the headset then in theory the answer is yes, if the headset you are using has the same connections available on the box - meaning separate 1/4 or XLR cables for input & output signals. However, many broadcast headsets require phantom power to work or special connectors to proprietary interfaces so make sure to check all of that first.

question
Could I use this to monitor the recording levels during our church service? Our sound equipment is in a back room. We have a Presonus and I use an iPad to make adjustments during the service from a seat in the congregation. But I have no way to listen to the recording levels without being disruptive. If this would allow me to hear the input to the recorder over my phone during the service it would be so helpful!! Will it do that?
Theoretically, you could patch your board into a the JK audio daptor 2, connect it to a cell phone, and have another person call said cell phone to listen to the audio signal being patched into the JK Audio box. Monitoring this way would not be my first choice however. I'd probably consider getting an IEM wireless system, and if having the signal penetrate walls were an issue, I'd get some paddle antennas into the auditorium. This set up would allow me to be wireless from the console, and have the ability to use high quality headphones into the beltpack receiver. If this interest you, look into the Sennheiser ew 300 IEM G3 Wireless In-Ear Monitoring System; B&H# SEEW300IEM3A.

question
I'm trying to connect two church campuses for a meeting via cell phone and am wondering if two of these JK units would be of help so that the two campuses could communicate through their PA systems via cellular network. The question I have is how do I adapt the 3way 3.5mm jack into an audio in and out cable for use with the JK unit?
On the JK unit, 1.Insert 1/4 inch 3 conductors jack to (wireless Phone Hand set Jack) on the unit and the other end with 4 conductors jack to your cellphone.2.Insert XLR female to (From Phone Mic Level) on the unit and the other end of XLR male to Mic input on your audio mixer.3.Insert XLR male to (Line Input) on the unit and the other end of XLR female to Main out or Phone on your audio mixer. Both sides will have to use microphones connected to their audio system to speak instead of your cell phone.
