Doesn't fit 11x14 prints

These might technically be 11x14, but that's the exterior dimension. With the seams, the internal size is about 1-2mm too small to fit an 11x14 print. The print will warp and bend slightly and not lay flat. Same with every sleeve. Utterly worthless, waste of money.

Do these page protectors have holes to use in a binder? Thanks

No.That would mean that you would have to put holes in the picture. These are just the perfect size for an 11 x14 print. What you want is another item with an additional 1 edge for the binder rings. Also, you will need a special binder that is sized appropriately for the wider page. I have both. but these are not designed for binders.
