The Manfrotto 233B Camera Flash Bracket is a flash bracket that will hold 2.3 lb, with a telescoping arm to hold the flash anywhere between 11.8-17.7". It comes supplied with a reversible 1/4"-20 to 3/8" stud, and requires a shoe mount with a 1/4"-20 threaded female socket (e.g. #HA6959) to permit the use of a shoe mount flash.
