The Arkay RK-32W is used when the temperature of your cold tap water supply exceeds recommended processing temperatures.
The water chiller is designed for continuous operation and will deliver 68°F water from city water supplies, up to 80°F. It is water cooled, and requires a drain. It delivers up-to 74 gallons per hour of 68°F water
