This 16 oz bottle of Kodak Photo-Flo 200 Solution is a wetting agent used to minimize water marks or streaks during film development. It is used after the final wash when processing films to decrease the water-surface tension and promote faster, more uniform drying.

Can’t believe I waited so long to get this but it’s been a godsend. My negs end up with almost no dust on them after they’ve dried, which saves me a lot of time editing after scanning. You use only a drop at a time so this bottle may last you the rest of your natural life LOL.
When I started developing film many years ago, I would mix up a gallon of Photo-flo and use it once and done, but no more. After having a lot of problems with what looked like dust on my negatives, I switched to only mixing up as much Photo-flow as I would use in 1 day...and then adding some high-percentage isopropyl alcohol in the mix so they dry quickly. No more "dust" spots.
