The Cullmann 3077 Camera Adjustment Platform is similar to a macro focusing rail, but meant typically for use with video cameras on Cullmann's 3000 series tripods.
The bottom of the 3077 duplicates their CU81 small quick release plate, meaning that this device affixes to any Cullmann quick release adapter. The top, however, has a 7" plate with a built-in track for its own 1/4"-20 camera screw. By first affixing your camera to this upper plate, you can adjust the fore/aft position of the camera atop the 3000 series tripod's head, because the 1/4"-20 screw of the plate is mounted in a track which permits some adjustment range.
