This is not a very exciting product, but it works perfectly with my OC White mic arm. It is sturdy and should outlast me. I used 10-24 screws (with washers and nuts) and drilled holes to mount it to my desk. The screws are not included, but cost pennies at the local hardware store.

I didnt realize how much I needed this mount until it arrived. I have no doubt that it will outlast the rest of my studio!

Will it work with White Lights microphone arm?
The product is made by O.C. white. If you are referring to O.C. Whites Microphone Arm it will work as long as the arm ends in a round metal tip that will fit into the mount.

Does this only work with O.C. White Microphone arms, or is it universal? Would a Rode PSA1 fit?
Unfortunately no. I actually tried that and it's too small. It will, however, fit the Heil mic arm.
