The BNX3 is a powerful multi-modeling bass guitar processor in a floor-processor-form with a built-in 8-track recorder. Utilizing DigiTech's AudioDNA DSP Engine and the software power provided by GeNetX, the processor allows the musician to literally create their own amp model, their own speaker cabinet and their own signature sound.
The BNX3 provides several of the most popular amp models and speaker cabinets to choose from and then provides the tools and technology to "warp" the characteristics of these components into a "Hypermodel." The processor's amplifying creating ability is also enhanced with a complete library of studio quality bass effects that include a fretless simulator and a dual band compressor.
The BNX3 provides everything needed to perform, practice, write and produce songs in a single unit. The hand's-free multi-track recorder allows for focusing on creating and recording music instead of messing with mixers, cables and patch bays. Record, playback, auto-arming the next track, or deleting tracks, can all be achieved without touching a knob. Vocals can also be recorded using the balanced XLR microphone input on the rear of the unit.
The BNX3 is housed in a rugged steel chassis complete with built-in Expression Pedal. An included drum machine, Jam Man Delay Looper, full MIDI implementation and a user-friendly interface makes this a very comprehensive bass workstation system for on stage, during practice, while composing or as part of a studio production.
