The RUC-4 from RDL is a programmable wall-mount remote control for a wide variety of RDL and other industry equipment. Each of the four long-life push-buttons can be set for a momentary or latched output or to interlock with any of the other buttons. The rear panel has four individually-programmable output terminals that may be set as open-collector or can produce +15V when active.
Four status input terminals for LED control are also found on the rear panel. Each LED can be programmed to respond to its corresponding button or to the rear panel terminal. The RUC-4 also features a selectable lockout mode, which requires users to enter a five-button sequence to unlock normal button function. After 10 seconds of inactivity, the buttons re-lock. Two LEDs display locked or unlocked status.
Thanks to a non-volatile memory, your program settings will be retained when power gets disconnected. The RUC-4 is a great option for those who need a flexible and customizable remote that also offers protection against unauthorized users.
