T-Max RS Developer & Replenisher for Black & White Film (To Make 1 gal) is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great developer, lousy instructions I have been going around trying different B&W films, liked the Kodak Tmax 400 a great deal, and wanted to try this developer on it. I shot two consecutive rolls of the facade of Philadelphia City Hall, developed one in D76 and one in this and the results corroborate Kodak's claim that it produces better shadow detail, and, I would add, does so without reducing contrast. That's the good news. The bad news is that the preparation instructions that come with the product are less than clear and there are no other instructions in any other Kodak publication that I could find. The package instructions are written in what could be called modern industrial hieroglyphs: four drawings and even fewer words, and then states See directions. Kodak publication for this product (j86) has zero mixing instructions. The film data sheet for Kodak T-max has zero instructions and it actually has a mistake: it tells you the standard dilution for this developer in 1:4, but that is the standard dilution only or Kodak Tmax (not Tmax RS) developer; the standard dilution for this product is stock. To compound things, hits on the web show folks doing what the one thing the package clearly tells you in capital letters not to do: mix parts A and B without water and then add water prior to use. Bottom line: As the package tries to tell you, take 1.9 liters of water at the temp indicated, add part A, mix, add part B, mix, then add enough water to make a gallon. That's it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great devoloper for Rotary Processing I have been using TMAX RS Developer for well over a decade. It works perfectly in my JOBO ATL2 rotary processor. I am using it for 35mm Fuji Neopan 400, 120 TMAX 400 and 100, and TMAX 400 8x10 with excellent reults. It's easy to mix up and has an excellent shelf life and does not change the developing results over time...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good tonal range w/ tmax100 A little confused as to what the replenisher even is. Ended up just dumping the replenisher in the the larger bottle and using the 1:4 ratio for 6:45 minutes at 68 degrees. Negatives came out perfectly, will use again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great & Easy to mix After having issues with the current batches of Xtol I switched back to TMax RS. The cost is higher than I like but it mixes easy and looks great with TMAX 100 & TMAX 400.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RS for sheet film Great for sheet film or if you need a little more contrast from your tmax roll film. I'm using it as it's own repleniser and it's working well
