How thick are these gels? I'm looking for something that's about 2mm thick that has some stiffness to it. My application is to use them on submerged LED lights for fountain uplighting, cut them to size (2.5" dia.) and velcro them over the lens. Any advice? Thanks.
These are thin but they do the job. if it was thicker it would have less lighting getting through then you would need more light power to light up.

I have an amaran 672s and was wondering how these would work with the light. Do they slide down between the front cover and the light itself? Do they somehow adhere? Thanks for the help.
You will need to use gaff tape, C47's, or a filter holder to keep these gels in place. They are durable but if you get them too close to the light/heat source they will melt. I have melted one on the element of the Apture 300D light so LED lights do still get hot. Just make sure you have a few inches of space.

Do those filters compatible with aputure light dome II ?
Yes. I use them and I have the light dome II. There’s a little circular clamp thing in it designed for just this.

question
can these be used to warm up par 38 led bright white floods?
Trying to understand this right I've been referring daylight as about 5500K, which is the typical temperature for many moonlights. If the 1/8 CTO converts 6500K to 5500K, does this mean it'll convert my moonlight to 4500K since its rated at 5500K as standard output?
