Add frame-by-frame control to your existing NLE system with the black ShuttlePRO v2 multimedia controller from Contour Design. Cross-platform and pre-configured for most NLE video and audio applications, the ShuttlePRO v2 features 15 fully programmable buttons to customize for your most frequently used editing commands. You can also monitor which program you are in to adjust your programmed commands accordingly.

The jog, located in the center, is alloy and can be turned forward and backward 360 degrees for frame by frame control. The Shuttle ring is rubberized and spring-loaded, which will perform fast forward and rewind in varying speeds depending on how far it is turned.

I have the original ShuttlePro (the silver one) and this one has two more buttons (at the sides of the jog shuttle). Maybe because it's new but it just feels a bit different when using it. However, it's just as easy to configure the buttons with the software and works just as great with FCPX.

The ShuttlePRO V2 does not work with my MacBook Pro with the latest OS in Premiere Pro CC. Yes, I did follow all of their special instructions re. privacy, set up sequence, etc., I contacted their troubleshooting team (who were very responsive and friendly, BTW), but still no luck. Not sure if it's an Apple problem or if the Contour Design drivers need to be updated. Either way, I've spent hours trying to get this (seemingly remarkable) product to work. No good. Gotta move on. Got work to do. Hope it works for you, but mine is going back to B and H. Hope a product that works comes out soon. I could really use a working jog and shuttle.

I purchased this item August 2020. It works great with any app EXCEPT the MAC version of Premiere Pro Big Sur. I have reached out to customer service @ CD and no response.

I purchased the ShuttlePRO v2 to facilitate audio (REAPER) and video (Adobe Premiere) production. Works great for those apps, and is useful for just about every other Windows app. How did I go without it for so long? Only blemish: the software interface, while functional and reliable, has a learning curve, but e-mail tech support was prompt.

I think every editor should have this apple should put this on their OVERPRICE EVERYTHING website, THE ONLY THING I hate is the package, the box is so hard to drag it out without breaking it, and it cut my f... nails, so it is really hurt. And the item has dust on it... I don't know what to say, but it is good to have one anyway.

Great controller, driver updates behind. No Windows 11

I love this controller and have come to rely on it for all of my workflows... Premiere, After Effects, Cinema 4D and beyond... Would give 5 stars but the driver updates are a bit slow to be released and I cannot even install it in Windows 11.

I use it to work faster doing audio sync in Avid. I love the programable hotkeys! I'll use it also to edit in DaVinci Resolve this winter.

Yes, Contour Design has drivers for downloading for free on their website for compatibility with Windows 10 OS. This shuttle is compatible with NLE systems such as Vegas Pro 18.

One user claims this product works with Mac OS 10.14, while the B&H staff answer here claims it's only compatible with Mac OS 8.6 (does that even exist?) through OS X 10.9 (so old that it hasn't been supported in 4-years now). Has anyone had any ACTUAL, PERSONAL SUCCESS using this device with Mac OS 10.15 Catalina?

Can this act as a teleprompter controller? but changing the speed the computer "scrolls" through a window?

The controller allows you to bind buttons to specific keyboard keys and combinations for any program installed on your computer. As long as the teleprompter is run through a computer running an OS then you should theoretically be able to control it with the ShuttlePRO. Specifically to the "scroll," I'm not sure as there would have to be some specific keyboard shortcut to do this with a computer's keyboard or mouse to begin with.
