The shipment was missing a coiled connecting cord with one of the batteries. Both contained the straight cord.

Not Good

I followed all instructions exactly, but it would not charge my monolights. I tested 3 more cords and 2 lights but still no luck. The manufacturer told me to use the cords that came with my lights, because the one that came with the battery was known to be faulty. Obviously, I already tried this, but went through it again, to be sure. Then he said it was the cord connector in my monolights, but that didn't make sense, because I tested more than one light. He didn't know what to tell me and I was on my own. I called local stores, but they said they didn't carry this battery pack because it was too unreliable. I called B&H and was told by a sales person they had never heard of a problem with this pack. However, the salesperson knew immediately what that the problem was the pack connector. Hmmm. They're shipping me a new one, but so far it's been a real hassle, and my confidence in the product and the salesperson is not good. We'll see how it goes, and perhaps I can write a better review, down the road.
