Bought this adapter ring to modify a new Phottix Raja Strip Softbox to mount onto my Norman strobes. Works like a charm.

These adapters work fine, in fact they fit tighter than some of the older Norman reflectors that can wobble. You may have to adjust the holes for the snap pins on the reflectors but this is a small mod and considering the tighter fit, I didn't mind that they didn't like up perfectly.
