5x7 WITH NO ROOM TO SPARE
The price on these bags is excellent. However, be aware that these bags are exactly 5x7 inches, with no room to spare. Your paper size cannot exceed 5X7 inches and there is no room for matt board, foam board or a backing board because the 5X7 inch sleeve is very narrow and will fit only one sheet of photo paper. There is no glue strip on the flap to seal the flap closed. The plastic is heavy weight, and has a dull finish. I prefer the glossy, very clear, bags made by Krystal Seal. Their bags come in many sizes including 5X7 inch and 6X8 inch, with a true measure of 5.5X7.5 inches and 6.5X8.5 inches. These bags easily accommodate a print with matt board and/or foam backing board. The 6X8 inch size (6.5X8.5 inches) is perfect for images printed on 1/2 of an 8.5X11 inch sheet of paper. And Krystal Seal bags have a reusable glue strip on the closure flap that seals the bag closed. Krystal Seal bags are more costly, and are sold in packs of 25.
