Do these really measure 13 x 19 ? That would make it impossible to insert a 13x19 print. I'm hoping that they might be an extra 1/4 in each dimension.
The actual sleeve is larger than 13x19, although I've never measured it. It fits a 13x19 print inside of it perfectly.
