A professional medium sized precision ballhead, the Linhof features oversized locking knobs for secure positioning and calibrated friction control. The friction control is linear in application, unlike other products which may have a large friction control knob but very little meaningful movement upon the dial. The 63mm (2.5") diameter base plate assures a stable platform between tripod and ballhead.
