Is this large enough to fit a transmitter and receiver at the same time?
It is difficult to say; if it is just transmitter and receiver, then yes. But if it includes lavalier type microphone with cable, then possible it may not fit.

Does this have a belt loop or some way to attach it to the body?
Yes. There is a clip that can attach to a belt or pocket. Highly recommend Sennheiser. Their customer service and support are awesome.
