The Linhof Large Leveling Head is an all metal heavy-duty head that offers smooth omni-directional 15 degree levelling and vibration-free support for heavier cameras, powerful tele lenses and other optical instruments. This version has a 1/4"-20 threaded tripod socket and camera screw, with a 3" (77mm) base and top plate diameter.
Dry Ball
The Linhof levelling head requires no lubrication, thanks to its extremely fine tolerances.
Built-In Proper Tension
The Linhof is the only levelling base with tension built-in; when unlocked, you will be able to move your camera/lens combination but it will not move of its own volition.
